If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please email us at info@bondimatcha.com.au
Our return policy lasts 30 days from your purchase date and we will work as quickly as possible to resolve any issues.
To qualify for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.
You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please note, there may be instances where we may grant a store credit for an opened item – but that will be determined on a case by case basis.
Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery, or that is damaged or not in its original condition will not be accepted.
Refunds (if applicable)
Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will email you to confirm its receipt and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed promptly via the original payment method within a certain period.
Sales Items (if applicable)
Items bought during a sale or with a discount are not eligible for a refund – but a store credit may be provided on a case by case basis.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are damaged or defective.
If you need to exchange a damaged item, please email us at info@bondimatcha.com.au and we will provide you with the return address – and replace it when your original item is received.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are non-refundable - and the customer is responsible for paying any shipping costs to return an item.
